Paul Davis is seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Program Coordinator to support residential and commercial restoration projects across the United States. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and customer communication to ensure timely progress and adherence to standards.

  • Maintain subcontractor documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier prequalification and registration requirements.

Position: Administrative Coordinator/Program Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of residential and commercial restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, storm, reconstruction and contents services. This role works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and vendors to ensure projects progress efficiently, deadlines are met, and company standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
