Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Los Angeles is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator / Estimator (full-time) to manage digital job files and write detailed estimates for both self-pay and insurance projects. You will coordinate with customers, insurance reps, TPAs, and field teams to keep projects on track from start to finish.

The role requires Xactimate experience, strong customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• INSURANCE/TPA RESTORATION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Xactimate experience required
• DASH proficiency a strong plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Digitally savvy with multiple programs and platforms
• Highly organized multi-tasker in fast-paced environment
• 3+ years’ experience within the restoration industry
• Ability to be on-call during some off hours/weekends

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain complete digital job files for all restoration projects
• Create Xactimate estimates for all job types (self-pay and insurance) including contents, mitigation, and reconstruction
• Ensure insurance and TPA compliance with all tasks and timelines
• Support project managers and field teams with scheduling and documentation
• Create and disseminate required contracts and agreements
• Communicate updates with customers, insurance partners, and team members
• Handle office administrative tasks like calls, lead intake, emails and ordering supplies

What does a Coordinator/Estimator with Paul Davis do? The Coordinator/Estimator is the hub of the office and connector across all parties, including potential and current customers, insurance representatives, TPA partners, internal office, corporate team members and more. You\'ll create and manage job files, track progress, write estimates, and make sure every detail is documented accurately to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. From scheduling and digital documentation to customer updates and reporting, you’ll play a critical role in making sure projects are handled with professionalism and care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle office administrative tasks like calls and lead intake, emails, and ordering supplies

• Digitally savvy, able to navigate and master multiple desktop and mobile programs and platforms (experience with restoration or insurance software required)
• Highly organized multi-tasker who likes a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize
• High level of initiative and follow-through - takes action without being asked, sees all tasks and workstreams through to completion without requiring follow up
• Team player with a positive attitude
• 3+ years’ experience within the restoration industry
• Ability to be on-call during some off hours/weekends
