Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
• Enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Self‑motivated with ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Ability to conduct interviews in the office and at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Experience in marketing financial products; knowledge of life, health, and living benefits products.
• Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms.
• Property and Casualty license (must currently hold).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
