Cisco's FLEX-EL program offers a three-year leadership journey with rotations across HR, policy, and purpose within Cisco's 3P organization in the United States. You will receive thorough onboarding and mentorship, exploring multiple career tracks while building leadership capability.

Participants gain hands-on project experience, exposure to senior leadership, and structured development workshops. Graduates transition into full-time roles within 3P based on interests and performance.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or educational/workforce development program.
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in strategy, governance, human resources, etc… or a related field.
• Expected to continue enrollment following completion of the internship.

Responsabilidades

• Work on projects that will increase value to the business.
• Drive team-based projects and complete individual stretch assignments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other FLEX community members.
• Contribute to the FLEX Community by participating in program-specific teams.
• Participate in professional development workshops, function-specific training, and business seminars often led by industry leaders.
