Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is offering FLEX-EL, a 12-week internship within the 3P organization, designed to preview the full-time rotational program. You will support a key project and participate in a team sprint with your cohort, culminating in a presentation to Cisco leadership.

You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, engage in community programming, and take part in professional development workshops to grow your skills and network.

Qualifications

• Rising senior from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or 4-Year University.
• Shown leadership skills and an ability to motivate change.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate across diverse business functions, and articulate how people, policy, and purpose initiatives drive business outcomes.
• Passion for driving meaningful organizational impact and solving complex enterprise challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work on one 12-week project in a key business area.
• Work with your cohort on a team sprint, delivering a high-value project to a key stakeholder group with a final presentation to Cisco leadership.
