L3Harris Technologies invites applications for its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This three-year, multi-rotation track develops early-career professionals into leaders in Finance through diverse geographic locations, mentorship, and cross-functional experiences.

Participants gain exposure to senior leaders, education assistance, and extensive training while contributing to mission-focused finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or completed within the last 12 months.
• Willingness and ability to travel and relocate.
• Minimum GPA 3.2 (preferred).
• Intern/Co-Op experience in Finance or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations over 36 months across segments and financial functions.
• Rotations focus on FP&A, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Investments, and Program Finance.
• Develop strong verbal and written communication, problem solving and teamwork daily.
