Job summary

Cisco's FLEX-EL program is a three-year leadership development journey within the People, Policy, and Purpose Organization (3P). Fellows rotate through HR, Government Affairs, ESG, and related areas, with onboarding and senior leader exposure to help determine the best starting point in Cisco's 3P after graduation.

Participants join as People and Communities Representatives and work on high-impact projects, collaborating with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and FLEX peers while

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's); or an educational/workforce development program (e.g., Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification).
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in strategy, governance, human resources, or a related field.
• Expected to continue enrollment in a degree or qualifying program after completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that will increase value to the business.
• Drive team-based projects and complete individual stretch assignments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and FLEX community.
• Contribute to the FLEX Community by participating in program-specific teams.
• Participate in professional development workshops, function-specific training, and business seminars led by industry leaders.
