Cisco Systems, Inc. offers FLEX-RL, a 12-week internship within the People Consultants track under the 3P organization. Interns will tackle a key project, join a team sprint, and present results to Cisco leadership while building a broad internal network.

Participants engage in leadership development, programming, and business seminars led by industry leaders, preparing for a full-time rotational program.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a related graduate-level business program.
• Qualifying education should be in Strategy, Governance, Human Resources or a related field.
• Expected to continue enrollment in degree program following completion of the internship.

Responsabilidades

• Work on a 12-week project in a key business area.
• Collaborate with the cohort on a team sprint and present to Cisco leadership.
• Network with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the FLEX community.
• Participate in programming, community events, and professional development workshops.
