Tower Loan is seeking a dedicated Manager Trainee for a full-time Manager Development Program in the United States. In 10-12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
