Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent is required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and thermodynamic fundamentals.
• Experience creating designs in CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Some product design, prototyping, or fabrication experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; problem solving and time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within functional areas, working on projects with experienced engineers.
• Perform CAD work, prototype and validation tasks, certification testing, and factory handoffs.
• Assist with project management and new product development activities.
• Engage in mentoring and leadership activities during the program.
