Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by listening and recommending services.
• Present optional products to meet customers' needs.
• Contact customers about payment reminders and arrangements.
• Support the Manager in achieving office goals.
• Assist with management tasks such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
