Tower Loan invites you to join our Manager Development Program, a full-time traineeship designed to equip you with knowledge in consumer finance and leadership. In 10-12 months you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Location is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, potential extended hours, and promotion opportunities into management through our proven develop-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales, and basic marketing.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services.
• Offer optional products to best serve customers.
