Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee in Birmingham, Alabama, to join our full-time Manager Development Program. Over 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

You’ll develop leadership skills, learn recruitment and staff development, and help exceed office goals. This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
