Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program on-site in Louisiana. Over 10–12 months you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in achieving office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegation and staff development.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
