You will build customer relationships, offer optional products, and assist the manager in achieving office goals while developing management skills for recruitment, staff development, and performance oversight.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workloads and overseeing loan documents.
