Job summary

Tower Loan is offering a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Manager Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. In 10-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

Location is on-site with a schedule Monday through Friday, potential extended hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation and loan document analysis.
Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, and leadership.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
