As a Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Based on performance and leadership potential, you’ll develop the skills needed to advance into management roles across our nationwide network of offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
