Job summary

Tower Loan invites you to join our Manager Development Program, a full-time trainee path designed to build future leaders in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

Location is on-site in our Mississippi markets. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product guidance, and leadership development as you progress into management.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
