Tower Loan's Manager Development Program offers a full-time trainee track to groom future leaders in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, you’ll rotate through customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations—earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll build relationships, support branch goals, and learn management duties, with a clear path to leadership. On-site in Monroe, LA, our promote-from-within culture is central to growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Location is on-site in Monroe, LA.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Learn and support in management responsibilities such as delegation and performance management.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, and leadership; perform other duties as assigned.
