Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly integrate into a high-performance culture and drive profitability through energizing the team and delivering exceptional service. The role focuses on staffing, KPI tracking, and ensuring a premier club experience.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, payroll, and compliance across the four walls, with a bias for speed, hospitality, and results in a rapidly expanding franchise group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.
