Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Lakeway, TX seeks a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly acclimate to our performance culture and lead a high-energy team in a growing franchise.

You will drive profitability, oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and KPI tracking, while delivering exceptional member service, maintaining a clean facility, and ensuring compliance across policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.
