Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Moore, OK to drive ownership-level results. You will build and lead a high-performing gym team, manage day-to-day operations, payroll, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring an exceptional member experience.

This role combines leadership with P&L responsibility in a fast-growing franchise. You will recruit, coach, and develop managers, align with brand standards, and promote a culture of accountability and growth across the

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience owning and managing a location or department P&L, including budgeting and revenue targets.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Bachelor degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing teams through recruiting, hiring, and coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, training standards, and performance to meet business objectives.
• Prioritize member retention and experience; resolve issues promptly and maintain a clean, fully operational facility.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance to run the club profitably and to brand standards.
• Represent ownership mindset, driving growth, profitability, and culture across the club.
