Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK is seeking a Managing Partner in Training who can quickly adapt to Crunch culture and drive profitability. You will energize the team, manage daily metrics, hire and onboard talent, and ensure top‑notch member service in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of fitness management, experience supervising 15+ staff, and a hands‑on approach to payroll, scheduling, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of staff to meet KPI standards.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and coaching to drive sales performance.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional member service and maintain a clean, well‑running club.
• Monitor staff payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies, inventory and club standards.
• Conduct staff meetings and manage team performance.
