Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner who will act as a true business partner and owner in a high-growth gym environment. You’ll build and lead high-performing teams, drive member experiences, and oversee day-to-day operations with ownership mindset.

You’ll recruit, hire, coach leaders, manage payroll and scheduling, ensure clean facilities, and align with brand standards to maximize profitability and growth for the club and our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience owning or managing a location with P&L responsibility.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).
• Ability to invest financially in opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Build high performing teams through networking, sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
• Direct management of team, set weekly schedules and assign areas of responsibility.
• Oversee training standards, coach staff, and drive sales performance.
• Develop staff and managers, including training on employment policies.
• Grow the business to profitability and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Maintain a clean, fully operational facility and ensure compliance.
