Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Texas is seeking a Managing Partner who wants real ownership and to partner in a high-growth gym business. This role goes beyond a General Manager title, requiring leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, drive member experiences, manage day-to-day operations, payroll, scheduling, and ensure brand standards while growing profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required.
• Experience owning/managing a location or department P&L, budgeting, and driving revenue to targets.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Build and develop high‑performing teams through proactive recruiting, hiring, and coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: training standards, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
• Drive member retention and experience, ensure timely resolutions and a clean, fully operational facility.
• Lead with brand standards and manage profitability, growth, and KPI performance.
