Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner who will act as a true business partner in a high-growth gym group. This ownership-minded role leads from the front, building teams, driving member experiences, and aligning daily operations with brand standards.

You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop leaders who deliver exceptional service, profitability, and scalable growth across the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience owning and managing a location or department P&L, budgeting, expense control, and driving revenue.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees; knowledge of operations like finance, administration, and labor management.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members.
• Direct management of team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to managers.
• Oversee and maintain training standards and coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Ensure staff development and adherence to employment policies and practices.
• Monitor profitability, KPI scores, and ensure a clean, fully operational facility.
