Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly adapt to our high-performance culture. You will energize the team, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional member experience in a fast-growing franchise.

The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and operational leadership across the four walls of the club, with a focus on compliance, guest service, and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention; monitor KPI performance.
• Recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean facility 24/7.
• Monitor staff payroll and scheduling for adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory and restocking in the club.
