Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly integrate into our high-performance culture and lead a busy fitness club. You will drive profitability, recruit and coach staff, and ensure exceptional member service in a fast-growing franchise.

The role emphasizes KPI ownership, staffing, payroll oversight, and compliance across all club operations, with opportunities for rapid advancement as our network expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Knowledge of key metrics to grow business and drive KPI performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, well-run facility.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; maintain inventory.
