Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking individuals for a General Manager in Training program to develop into store leaders. You’ll participate in a progressive training path while working in a fast-paced environment, with a goal to become a restaurant GM.

The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic and self-motivated, able to manage operations, supervise staff, and uphold food safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, make judgments and decisions.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high standards and 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand professionalism and customer-focused service.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance and training of team members.
• Lead staff by example and protect cash, inventory, and assets.
• Perform general duties like stocking, taking orders, inventory, and keeping the facility clean.
