Domino’s Team Murph in Bulverde, TX is seeking General Managers in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant. You will participate in a progressive training program while working to become a store General Manager with hands-on development and mentoring.

The role emphasizes leading operations, achieving 5 Star Status, and delivering outstanding customer service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be 18 years or older and pass background and drug screen.
Meet Image standards and have a valid driver's license with 2-years driving history.

Responsibilities

Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and effective communication.
Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
Ensure food safety compliance.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
Motivate staff and lead by example.
Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
