Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain professional conduct to promote the Domino’s brand.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
