Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking candidates for a General Manager in Training to join its fast-growing quick service restaurant operations. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while working toward becoming a restaurant General Manager in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to handle fast-paced tasks such as supervising staff, reviewing daily sales, food cost, labor, and ensuring food safety.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure proper training of team members.
• Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
• Lead by example and motivate staff.
• Protect cash, inventory and other assets per guidelines.
• Handle store duties including stocking, taking orders, inventory, cleaning.
