Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking candidates for the General Manager in Training program. You will participate in a progressive management training track while working in a fast-paced environment with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, capable of leading operations, driving sales, controlling costs and delivering great customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, analyze data, make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly
• Ensure food safety compliance
• Maintains a high level of customer service
• Motivate staff and lead by example
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
