Expect responsibilities in operations, training, customer service, and safety with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience preferred, Domino's experience a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background and drug screens.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving history and insured vehicle required.
• Ability to lead staff, manage operations, analyze data and maintain quality standards.
• Schedule flexibility to open/close, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve top service standards.
• Manage daily sales, food cost and labor with corrective actions.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of team members.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and brand reputation.
• Protect cash, inventory and other assets per company policy.
