• Recommends to the General Manager performance actions regarding team members and fosters teamwork and customer focus.
• Manages sales goals by providing prompt and friendly service and increasing check averages through training and sales execution.
• Controls costs including food and labor, and uses PROFIT System to stay within budget while handling administrative duties.
• Plans and manages inventory levels using the restaurant’s inventory system and ensures safety and security standards.
