Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, working with store management to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership on the floor.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork as you lead by example and contribute to a positive store culture while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED recognized, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 months of related retail experience and/or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to the Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
