Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales while leading a team on the sales floor. This role works closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop Teammates, ensuring the store maintains Buckle's high standards.

The LIT/Floor Leader will oversee merchandising, customer engagement, and daily operations, including POS procedures, while exemplifying Buckle's mission and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and drive sales goals.
• Lead by example in showmanship and customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and adhere to policies.
• Execute daily operations including opening/closing tasks and POS procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on operations and training.
