Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment
• Experience managing a team is preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects
• Train drivers and staff on internal systems
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare customer reports
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments
• Handle payroll, budgeting, and reporting tasks
• Coordinate yard operations and maintenance scheduling
• Respond to service issues and optimize routing and planning
• Promote DOT compliance and safety culture
