Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or a GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company events as needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignment.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special fleet projects.
• Train drivers and coordinate with internal and customer systems.
• Analyze and report on fleet performance and profitability with KPI metrics.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll and budgeting related administrative tasks.
• Oversee yard operations, maintenance scheduling, and safe operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues.
• Promote safety culture and ensure DOT compliance.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight movement to meet schedules.
