Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a District Manager in Training to develop leadership skills across a small district. You will train under the District Sales Manager, hire and coach store teams, and drive sales performance while upholding brand standards.

You will manage 3–5 stores in your district, delivering exceptional customer experiences and actionable coaching, with travel across the area and close collaboration with HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail or management.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store teams within the district.
• Hire and develop store associates.
• Monitor KPI targets and deliver results.
• Ensure brand standards and store operations.
