Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead multiple stores in a geographic region, drive sell-through, hire and develop store teams, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will manage district operations, scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while collaborating with regional leadership to meet KPIs and budget targets. A four-year business degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or a related field is required or preferred depending on the role.
• Alternative pathways include a two-year degree with related experience or three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead district hiring strategy, pipeline planning, and onboarding for store managers.
• Coach and develop Store Managers to improve recruiting and training.
• Drive a fun, productive environment while upholding brand standards and inclusive culture.
• Ensure staffing and payroll processes comply with budget and policy requirements.
• Monitor district performance and provide actionable feedback during regular store visits.
