Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a District Manager in Training to train under the District Sales Manager within a geographic area, driving product sell-through, delivering results, hiring, and developing store associates. As a DMIT, you will ensure store operations follow principles and provide exceptional service across a small market (approximately 3–5 stores) within the district.

The role includes leadership development through the DMIT Training Program, coaching, and performance management

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and develop Store Managers in recruiting and training.
• Drive store performance and KPI achievement across the district.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Provide coaching and training across district stores and during DMIT program.
