Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching while ensuring product availability and store standards.

As a key member of the district team, you will mentor staff, implement company initiatives, manage stock and POS systems, and uphold safety and loss prevention across all store activities.
