SpeeDee - A Plus Automotive is seeking a District Manager in Training to grow into a multi-unit leadership role. This hands-on program requires running a store for 3–6 months to learn our POS, processes, and operations while developing a replacement candidate.

Promotion to District Manager is earned by delivering consistent results and leading teams. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, payroll accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership development role with store management exposure.
• Proven ability to lead a team, deliver results, and develop a replacement.
• Willingness to learn POS system, processes, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all General Manager duties while in training.
• Ensure locations open on time and properly staffed.
• Monitor daily KPIs and mid-day checks to meet goals.
• Send daily recap emails with challenges, opportunities and wins.
• Submit weekly goal improvement plans and lead with energy and engagement.
• Recruit, hire, and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage payroll accuracy weekly and ensure data is correct.
• Handle customer concerns, warranties over $100, and maintain customer feedback.
