Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as in-training General Manager duties.
• Ensure locations open on time and properly staffed.
• Monitor daily KPIs and adjust to improve performance and labor control.
• Send daily recap emails detailing challenges, opportunities and wins.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a strong talent pipeline.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and warranty issues over $100.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and manage inventory within budget.
