Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, email, text, Zoom).
• Experience recruiting and staffing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• District managers must be able to perform all general manager duties.
• Ensure locations open on time and staffed appropriately.
• Review KPI results daily to hit goals and adjust staffing and labor accordingly.
• Send daily recap emails detailing challenges, action plans, and wins.
• Lead teams with positivity and accountability, manage performance.
