Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn the skills and company knowledge to independently run a PDS dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while supported by a supervisor, with the goal of independently managing a office in 4–6 months.

You will engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings to advance leadership and operational excellence across Front and Back Office teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver’s license and automobile insurance required; travel to multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and implement best operational practices.
• Hire and retain right-fit team members; provide training and coaching.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop team capabilities for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Deliver leadership, coaching and performance feedback.
