Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to gain the knowledge to independently run a PDS-supported dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program under supervision, aiming to manage a dental office in 4–6 months after training.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing staff; implementing the PDS Operational Model; driving revenue and controlling costs while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance; license verified at hire.
• Timely travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if license/insurance unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Hire and retain right-fit team members through training, supervision and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and mentor team to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership and coaching to improve team performance.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per policy.
• Understand People-related tools and resources and compliance with policies.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager on accomplishments and goals.
