As a trainee, you’ll learn product specifics, CRM usage, and proven sales techniques while progressing based on performance and customer outcomes in the home buying journey. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required where applicable by state.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service focus.
• Ability to learn sales processes, CRM usage and product benefits.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to learn best practices.
• Participate in training sessions on homes, financing and CRM usage.
• Develop sales skills including prospecting, presenting, handling objections and closing.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and continuous improvement.
