Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to learn the consumer finance business, assist the Branch Manager, and prepare to run a branch office. The program includes 15 months of technical and soft-skill training, with emphasis on loan solutions and leadership development.

Successful candidates will develop expertise in customer service, sales, and branch operations, with opportunities to advance within the company as it expands across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Detail oriented and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Complete 15-month technical and soft skill training program for Branch Manager role.
Present loan solutions to customers to help achieve financial goals.
Develop marketing strategies to increase branch loan portfolio and profitability.
Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
Handle delinquency and account management using company practices.
Process loan product applications and manage branch daily procedures.
